Overview

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading Software Company, who count a number of globally recognisable brands among their client list. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team based in Nottingham.

The successful candidate will possess experience dealing with global brands, selling technology products and services in a consultative manner, both over the telephone and face to face.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £40k DOE (with some flexibility upwards), with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic double OTE, alongside 25 holidays plus stats, access to perkbox and excellent career development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns and networking
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding our presence in key verticals
  • Engage with senior stakeholders in HR, Talent and L&D functions to identify their pain points and position relevant AI software solutions
  • Lead your own outreach strategy with support from the internal marketing team
  • Focus on large-scale enterprise clients; identify opportunities to scale across departments and region
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in B2B software sales, ideally within SaaS or AI/tech solutions
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential
  • Full UK driving licence
