Business Development Manager (Renewables/HVAC) – Hereford - Hybrid/Remote

£45,000-£55,000 (OTE £70,000+) + Company Car + Specialist Training + Hybrid/Remote + Company Benefits

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with a background in Renewables, HVAC or Biomass and looking for a role with autonomy to drive the role forward, help shape the overall business strategy, and contribute to the growth of this company’s UK division?

Would you like the benefits of working in a smaller company with a greater impact, while also having the long-term security of being part of a wider group with an established name and streamlined processes?

On offer is the opportunity to join a UK subsidiary of one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of biomass heating systems. You will spend your first week in Austria receiving specialist training and benefit from the Marketing strategy in place in Austria to add to your own Sales strategy.

In this role you will combine technical expertise with commercial insight to identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and provide tailored energy solutions to clients. You will manage your own diary to balance home working with client visits across the UK and regular office presence.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager with a background in Renewables, HVAC or Biomass, looking for an autonomous role with substantial home working where you can contribute to the company’s continued growth.
