Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in Renewables and Decarbonisation to join our team in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cotswolds, or Tewkesbury.

The role offers a salary of £50,000 to £60,000, along with an excellent profit-related bonus scheme, a company EV car, death in service benefits, pension scheme, and other company benefits.

As a proven expert in Sales and the Energy sector, you will drive business growth by developing and executing a clear sales strategy, winning new business, and leveraging existing leads from our strong industry reputation. The role involves a mix of office-based work and meetings at customer sites, approximately 2-3 days each per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving the business with a strategic sales plan
  2. Acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships
  3. Engaging in client meetings both at the office and on-site

The ideal candidate will have:
