While this is primarily a remote position, you’ll get the chance to meet customers and colleagues in person - expect to be on the road around two to three days a week for meetings and training.

What You’ll Own
  • Spot and secure high-value business opportunities in and sustainability sectors.
  • Build trusted partnerships with clients, including multi-site and Blue-Chip organisations.
  • Deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and solutions that win projects.
  • Drive your sales pipeline from first conversation to signed contract.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide holistic, sustainable solutions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You’ve got proven experience in sales or business development, ideally with a consultative or solution-focused approach.
  • Commercially sharp, ambitious, and genuinely excited about sustainability.
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder, comfortable connecting with senior stakeholders.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked on general construction, landscaping, design, or energy projects.
