Business Development Manager - Recruitment Solutions Remote home based role covering the North West region £35-40k (DOE) £5k car allowance + commission on top (OTE uncapped)

Are you an experienced recruiter who loves winning business but feels stuck at your desk? This could be the step you've been waiting for.

This is not a resourcing role. We've got a dedicated delivery team who handle all of that. Your focus is purely on the part most recruiters enjoy - getting out there, talking to businesses, and winning new clients.

What you'll be doing :

• Managing your own North West territory with autonomy and flexibility
• Visiting sites and networking with HR Managers or Operations Directors
• Building long-term client relationships where you're seen as a trusted partner
• Driving your own pipeline and enjoying the buzz of new business wins

What we're looking for :

• Experienced recruiter or sales professional with a background in the recruitment industry
• Someone frustrated with being tied to a desk who wants a more client-facing role
• Confident talking to business decision-makers and turning conversations into opportunities
• Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
• Based in the North West with the ability to get out on the road regularly
