You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive client satisfaction, and achieve sales targets. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services, Not-for-Profit sector, or fintech.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service within the Not-for-Profit and Charity sector.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Not-for-Profit and Charity clients.
  • Prepare deposit illustrations for clients and prospects.
  • Conduct demonstrations and training for prospects.
  • Follow up marketing and sales leads for maximum conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams.
  • Attend networking events and conferences.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in client accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of CRM systems.

Requirements
  • Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with Not-for-Profit and Charity clients, acting as a trusted provider and strategic partner to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients and prospects available products.
  • Conducting Demonstrations and Training for prospects.
  • Follow-up marketing and sales leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey.
  • Utilise a range of communication methods to establish and build new relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to align business development efforts
  • Attending networking events and conferences where appropriate.
  • Support in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Not-for-Profit and Charity client accounts and assist in the preparation of proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Accurate and timely completion of our CRM systems.
  • Proven experience and track record in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry, Not-for-Profit sector, or fintech.
  • Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service within the Not-for-Profit and Charity sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Not-for-Profit and Charity partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work well under pressure.
