What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full sales cycle: Manage deals from initial outreach and discovery through to demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Win new business: Proactively identify, engage, and convert new clients, including independents, multi‑branch businesses, and franchise networks.
  • Sell consultatively: Understand each prospect’s goals and challenges, and position Zoopla’s suite of solutions to support their success.
  • Drive revenue growth: Consistently individual KPIs and revenue targets, contributing to broader team and company goals.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with product, marketing, and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay commercially sharp: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine your approach.
  • Champion the brand: Represent Zoopla New Homes as a trusted, credible partner within the estate agency and proptech landscape.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven closer: Consistently exceed B2B sales targets and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments, ideally within SaaS, digital media, proptech, or property.
  • Complex sales experience: Skilled at selling multi‑product solutions to stakeholders, including owners, directors, and senior decision‑makers.
  • Strategic relationship builder: Create value beyond the product by positioning Zoopla New Homes as a long‑term partner.
  • Highly self‑motivated: Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote‑first, high‑activity environment.
  • Excellent communicator: Clear and confident in written and verbal communication, tailoring messaging to your audience.
  • Tech‑savvy and organised: Competent with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and confident in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Data & insight: Build proposals powered by Zoopla’s unique buyer data and behavioural insights.
