Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of a defined territory with strong market potential
  • Conduct discovery-led sales meetings to understand client needs in depth
  • Proactively generate new business while converting marketing-generated leads
  • Manage a 2–4 week sales cycle with average order values around £50,000
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, focused on conversion rather than volume
  • Develop lasting relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
The Person
  • A high-performing B2B sales professional with a clear new business track record
  • Self-sufficient, structured, and confident in managing a field-based sales cycle
  • Skilled in consultative, value-based selling and tailoring solutions to client needs
  • Driven, target-focused, and commercially astute
  • Able to clearly articulate sales metrics (e.g., visits, quotes, orders)
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the North West
The Package
  • £40,000–£50,000 basic salary, depending on experience
  • Uncapped OTE of £90,000–£110,000
