Field based role covering – North Thames (Essex, Bedfordshire, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk) Expect to be out seeing customers 4 days per week.

Candidates must have B2B field sales experience + science related background or degree

THE ROLE
  • Secondary care sales – managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within a wide range of hospital settings – theatre, critical care, urology. cardiology, gynae, thoracic, anaesthesia and procurement
  • Contact level and key decision makers will be surgeons, consultants, nurses, ward managers and staff, matrons and engineers.
  • Growth and new business will come from existing accounts
  • The beauty of this job is the ability to reach out to multiple departments, leveraging relationships to win new business and achieve sales targets
  • Full company and product training will be given and career / earning prospects are very attractive.

The Package for Business Development Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000 to £47,000 max
  • Commission: £22,000 to £35,000
  • Car: £625 per month car allowance
