Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new revenue opportunities, and strengthen our brand presence within the local market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our operations, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting the franchise’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business and revenue opportunities within the local and regional market.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Develop and implement local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, suppliers, and community organisations to enhance brand presence.
  • Support the launch and development of new Subway locations or service offerings.
  • Work closely with the franchise owner to ensure consistent brand standards, customer experience, and operational performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics and prepare progress reports for management.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role within the food service, hospitality, or retail sector.
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement marketing strategies and drive sales growth.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a franchise environment will be an advantage.

Hours
