Hybrid working. My client is hiring for Milton Keynes and Oxford offices - to suit Southeast based candidate able to work for 2 days a week on site in either office.

55000 - 65000 Base + Commission (Double OTE) + Car Allowance + Package

Are you an ambitious Business Development Manager with experience in the Managed Service Provider industry? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top UK MSP - a real market leader at the forefront of IT and technology services.

Applause IT are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can win new business, and build strong client relationships. In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between home working, the regional office (2 days per week), and client meetings across the region.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with account managers and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations with compelling value statements
  • Act as a trusted consultant, ensuring clients receive the right solutions for their business goals
What we're looking for
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a new business sales role within the MSP industry as a BDE or BDM
  • Proven ability to drive new business through outreach and prospecting
  • A focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
  • Exceptional IT skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud Applications
  • Able to attend client meetings across the region and work from the office at least 2 days per week
