Business Development Manager – Invoice Finance – North West

Our client, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of Financial Services to businesses, requires a Business Development Manager to join their growing team in the North West.

Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to proactively seek and develop new clients and revenue for the company and effectively convert business lending opportunities, specifically Receivables Finance. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining an extensive network of introductory sources including finance brokers, banks, accountants and solicitors throughout your designated territory.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek and develop new clients and revenue, converting Receivables Finance opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive network of introductory sources (finance brokers, banks, accountants, solicitors) in the designated territory.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand in a fast-paced transactional sales environment.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive technical and credit risk skills in structuring and positioning deals across the lending mandate.
  • Understand accounting principles and their practical application.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven work ethic with a track record of high achievement in this or a related field.
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced transactional sales environment.
