Are you a structured, hunter‑minded Business Development Manager who enjoys opening doors, building credibility and winning new business while working as part of a high‑performing, values‑led team?
This is an opportunity to join a global, market‑leading OEM supplying engineered solutions to some of the UKs most recognisable Logistics / 3PL, Industrial and Construction organisations. The business is undergoing a significant transformation in the UK, investing in people who are proactive, organised and open to change.

You’ll focus primarily on new business development, supported by a small number of existing strategic accounts, with a clear mandate to bring new customers on board and develop multi‑site, blue‑chip relationships.
Customers operate across complex, operationally critical environments where value, safety and reliability matter making this a role for a salesperson who can sell solutions, not products.
