Job Title: Business Development Manager – Height Safety Systems

Location: Northwest (Hybrid work available)

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, pension

Role Responsibilities
  • Internal Sales position selling the installation of height safety systems
  • Sell to property & facility managers, contractors and end users such as schools and commercial clients
  • Monitor and manage a pipeline of ongoing and upcoming tenders
  • Consult with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions for projects
  • Track and follow up on quotes sent out by the estimating team
  • Project sizes can range from £25,000 to £1m
Ideal Candidate
  • Must have strong B2B sales experience, ideally working for a sub‑contractor
  • Preferably experienced selling height safety solutions or in related industries such as fire, security, lightning protection, or electrical
  • Familiarity with HubSpot software is desirable
  • Must be hungry and motivated to succeed
  • Strong computer fluency
  • Confident on the phone with customers
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
