Salary: £70k BASIC, £140k OTE + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Role

Our client, a respected leader within the workforce management sector, is seeking an experienced new business sales professional to join its tight knit sales team which is well supported by the leadership team. In this role, you will be selling a leading WFM software platform and additional solutions (which streamline workforce planning and increase efficiency) predominantly into new logos with over 500+ employees across different verticals whilst also managing a select small number of existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and hard-working new business hunter with proven experience selling WFM, HR, Payroll or ERP software within the engineering, manufacturing, distribution sectors.
