Job summary

A leading facilities management firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in their Hard Services division. The ideal candidate will develop and implement business strategies, identify new opportunities, and manage the sales lifecycle while ensuring strong client relationships. With a background in Hard FM and technical services, you will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within Hard FM / Hard Services.
  • Strong understanding of building services, M&E, and technical FM contracts.
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a targeted business development strategy focused on Hard Services / Hard FM.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across key sectors and clients.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including bids, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure successful contract mobilisation and client satisfaction.
