A strategic insights practice in London is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. This role focuses on securing new business opportunities through a consultative-selling approach and covers the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate has proven experience in New Business selling, strong communication skills, and a critical mindset in client challenges. A competitive salary between £40,000 and £45,000 plus uncapped commission is offered alongside hybrid working and various employee perks.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be part of a growing enterprise team selling into leading agencies and B2C brands across industries. Your focus will be on securing new and scalable business opportunities through a consultative‑selling approach and proposing strategic solutions that focus on the issues crucial to the client’s future and performance. Your responsibilities will cover the entire end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal writing and closing deals.

Joining our close‑knit, strategically minded sales team, you’ll be fully immersed from the start and develop your own profile among communications agencies, media owners and brands. Motivated and engaged, you’ll build a smart, product‑agnostic and consultative approach to sales. Articulate and confident, whilst building relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges and offering solutions both face‑to‑face and remotely. As a quick learner, we offer full autonomy and continued support in identifying new opportunities for growth.
