The Role You’ll take the lead in developing new business and deepening relationships across the district energy and HVAC infrastructure sectors. This includes influencing early-stage project decisions, partnering with mechanical contractors, consultants, and clients in both public and private sectors, and positioning cutting‑edge solutions that deliver lifecycle savings and sustainability gains.

What You’ll Bring A proven track record in B2B sales or business development (HVAC, district energy, or related)
Strong knowledge of the UK energy or building services landscape
Commercial savvy and the ability to engage senior decision-makers
A technical mindset with a consultative, solution‑led sales approach
Passion for sustainability, innovation, and client value creation

Location: Field-based (UK-wide), with regular travel
Package: Up to £85,000 + £550/month car allowance + up to 24% bonus + pension + benefits
