The Role As Business Development Manager, you'll lead growth across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, targeting key segments like dental, veterinary, primary care, aged care, pharmacy, and more. Your mission: expand distributor partnerships, identify new revenue streams, and bring high-value healthcare solutions to under-served markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for the adjacent healthcare market
  • Build and manage strong distributor networks through structured plans and performance reviews
  • Deliver sales and gross profit targets through strategic execution
  • Train and support distributors to drive product adoption and conversion
  • Lead pricing negotiations and manage contractual agreements
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the region
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and commercial operations
  • Regularly update CRM (Salesforce) and contribute to demand planning
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in B2B sales with proven distributor management experience
  • Solid background in adjacent care sectors (dental, veterinary, aged care, etc.)
  • Experience within PPE is advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
