Job summary

Cancer Research Horizons (CRH) seeks a Business Development Manager to join the Data & AI team in Stratford. You will help identify opportunities, engage industry partners and drive the commercialisation of data and software arising from CRUK research.

The role blends scientific insight with market and financial analysis to maximise impact. Reporting into the Business Development Executive and working in a flexible hybrid setup, you will contribute to CRUK’s data strategy and collaborate across

Qualifications

• Significant and material business development and commercialisation experience.
• Strong ability to translate scientific innovation into commercial products.
• Experience negotiating licences, collaborations and other agreements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities with commercial potential through market/technology analysis.
• Lead marketing and commercialisation activities for projects in the portfolio.
• Promote CRH activities to external parties via visits, events and meetings.
• Negotiate licenses, collaborations and other commercial agreements.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Support CP management to deliver wider strategic objectives.
