You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and researching new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers
• Building and nurturing relationships while project managing across the sales cycle
• Developing and managing a sales pipeline, best utilising the CRM system
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and analysing reports to assist business decisions
• Travelling across the UK to meet with clients and providing consultative solutions for their requirements

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record of building relationships, managing customers, and growing revenue within the cartons packaging industry
• Excellent new business development skills, including pipeline management, creating sales proposals, and closing deals
• The ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organisation
• Able to travel across the UK and at times Europe to visit clients
• Experience in the packaging manufacturing industry with a strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of sales
