  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their packaging requirements.
  • Working closely with internal teams across design, technical, production and estimating to deliver accurate proposals and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Representing the organisation at trade shows, client visits and industry events.
  • Producing accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management.
