Business Development Manager – Bathrooms
Role

You’ll be responsible for driving sales across Scotland, managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities within the public sector, contractors, and specification markets. Our award-winning product range includes:

Shower screens, trays, seats & wet rooms

This is a consultative sales role focused on relationship building and project management, ensuring product specifications are maintained through to completion.

Your Customers

50% Local Authorities & Housing Associations (e.g. Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Highland, Moray, South Lanarkshire Councils, Springfield Properties and Hanover Housing)

30% Contractors (e.g. Able Care through Highland Council)

10% Architects & Specifiers (e.g. Summers Inman, George Douglas, JV Carroll, David Murray Associates)

10% Merchants (e.g. William Wilson)

Your Impact

You’ll play a key role in helping the company achieve its sales target for 2026, with overall sales around £5m. You’ll ensure projects are tracked, specifications are protected, and customers receive outstanding support and product knowledge.
