Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our loT Connectivity and track and trace solutions across Northern Europe.

Role
  • Business growth: Develop and execute a strategy to expand connectivity and track & trace solutions in Northern Europe.
  • Client engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in logistics, supply chain, and loT driven environments.
  • Solution Expertise: Present and demonstrate company track and trace platforms, telematics solutions, and loT connectivity offerings. Translate complex technologies into clear business value.
  • Market Development: Identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new Business opportunities.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support solution deployment, integration, and customer success.
  • Sales pipeline management: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Ideal Hire
  • Proven track record in business development, sales or account management in loT, Telecoms, logistics, or track and trace sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile connectivity, SIM eSIM solutions, loT platforms and ideally asset tracking, telematics.
  • Excellent communications, negotiations, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and design tailored solutions, strategic thinking, problem solving.
