  • Content & Insight Management: Maintain a central repository of case studies and marketing content, ensuring it’s leveraged effectively across the firm.
  • Directory & Benchmarking Strategy: Own the legal directory submission process, using market insight to improve recognition and positioning.
  • Data‑Driven BD: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and BD outcomes to inform strategy and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborative BD Evolution: Partner with other BD professionals to evolve our approach, including prospecting, pitching, and client engagement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or bid management within professional services.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a flair for persuasive and engaging content.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Comfortable working across teams and disciplines, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Experience with legal directories is a plus, but not essential.
Benefits
  • Be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial firm where your ideas and energy will be valued.
  • Enjoy a supportive, people‑first culture with real opportunities for career progression.
  • Access a wide range of benefits including bonus scheme, pension, healthcare cash plan, gym contribution, and more.
  • 28 days annual leave (plus public holidays).
  • Bonus scheme.
  • Life Assurance.
  • Scottish Widows Pension Scheme.
  • Healthcare cash‑plan.
