As a Business Development Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across Babcock’s Marine sector, helping to secure and deliver opportunities that support national security and international defence programmes. This is a unique opportunity to work with domestic and global customers, develop strategic relationships, and help shape the future of naval capability through the sale of world-class products and services.
Working within a high-profile growth environment, you'll influence major campaigns, lead complex opportunities, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business. Your work will directly contribute to the expansion, profitability, and long-term success of Babcock’s Marine business while offering exceptional opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
This role is 35 hours per week. You will be working remotely, with the expectation of travelling to Bristol, Rosyth and London once a month, including periodic international travel to New Zealand
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
