A leading equestrian equipment company in the UK is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the equestrian industry. £30,000.00 + exceptional benefits and commission (OTE circa £70k).
Days
South East - candidates must be able to commute to Walsall twice per week.

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a driven Sales Professional to join their dynamic team — someone who shares their passion for quality, horses and achieving results.

Initially office-based during your induction and probationary period, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of their products and systems before transitioning into a field-based role covering the South East. You'll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing customer relationships and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
