Key Duties:
  • Develop new business opportunities across our specialist recruitment sectors within the branch network.
  • Identify, target, and win new clients to support company growth targets.
  • Drive and support sales plans, tender proposals, and present the Bridgestone model to prospective clients.
  • Work with the Marketing team to create and implement impactful sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients and act as a trusted ambassador for Bridgestone Group.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Seek new opportunities to increase market share within existing and new markets.
  • Analyse sales data to identify growth potential and inform business strategy.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in B2B business development or recruitment sales, ideally within industrial, construction, or logistics sectors.
  • A self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage your own time effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and turn them into long‑term partnerships.
