Job description
Job Overview:

We are looking for a positive, organised, enterprising person to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for helping drive sales growth and developing our network of contacts, attracting new clients within the residential and commercial design sectors, as well as researching new market opportunities. Alongside this, you will help to manage some existing accounts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in account retention and sales growth. It's a varied full‑time position for someone who wants to get involved in helping drive sales following a significant period of growth and investment in our manufacturing facility.

Who We Are:

Etons Bespoke is a furniture and joinery manufacturer based in West London, providing full turn‑key project solutions for interior designers and architects. Our ethos is simple: produce design‑led furniture solutions of the highest quality that stand the test of time. Our extensive in‑house manufacturing facility and expert craftspeople specialise in high‑quality joinery, metalwork, and upholstered furniture for the residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

The Role:

Experience within the architecture and design market is a MUST. The role is diverse and challenging and will suit someone who is a confident communicator with the ability to manage their workflow and prioritise effectively. The role will consist of two halves: one is managing a handful of ongoing projects, ensuring these are executed well and to the client's satisfaction; additionally, you will be expected to work closely with the Head of Sales and Managing Director in identifying opportunities for growth and development, generating new business leads, and growing the sales pipeline. The second half of this role is administrative, so strong attention to detail is a must.

This includes working on tenders, submitting quotations, processing sample requests, and keeping our CRM system up to date.

What You Will Need:
  • Experience in account management
  • Proven track record of account retention and growth, and working to KPIs
  • Strong communication skills – the ability to liaise with customers and suppliers and build strong relationships
  • Attention to detail and a self‑motivated, positive, can‑do attitude
  • A network of contacts and clients
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
What We Can Offer You:

We run a friendly, relaxed office; this is a fantastic opportunity for the ideal candidate to take ownership of accounts and build lasting relationships within the design industry.

Competitive salary and commission structure, 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
