We’re working with a fast-growing tech company about to launch a bold new chapter – and they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead.

This is your chance to develop and grow a new enterprise client base with the backing of a global brand, proven SaaS solutions, and a collaborative, high-performing pre-sales team. You’ll have the freedom to shape your strategy, make your mark, and play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth.

If you know how to open doors, win trust at C‑suite level, and close complex, high‑value SaaS deals – this is your stage.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generating and converting new business opportunities across large enterprise accounts
  • Building relationships with senior decision‑makers (CFOs, Heads of Finance, etc.)
  • Managing full‑cycle enterprise deals with support from pre‑sales and internal sales
  • Learning the solution offering quickly and communicating value with confidence
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, webinars, and industry events
  • Working remotely with occasional visits to the Derby office (around 2x/month)
What We’re Looking For
  • A self‑starter with a “start‑up” mindset – proactive, resilient, and hungry to win
  • Proven success selling SaaS or ERP solutions to enterprise‑level organisations
  • Confidence in lead generation, cold outreach, and complex deal negotiation
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Desirable: Deep understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) or Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes
Salary & Package
  • £75,000 base salary (Double OTE)
  • Commission guaranteed for the first 6 months
