Business Development Manager – South West Region

Location: Regional Field-Based

Type: Full-Time

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + £7,800 car allowance + commission

Benefits: Pension contribution, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to help grow our footprint across the South West region.

This is an exciting opportunity to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, driving revenue and strengthening our market position within the door automation and entrance solutions industry.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and strategically positioning our products and services to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for your region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers, from end users to contractors and facility managers
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and generate qualified leads
