A fast-growing technology company is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new SME client acquisition across Scotland. This role is ideal for a motivated B2B salesperson with 1–3 years’ experience who wants rapid career growth and strong earning potential.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, managing your own pipeline, leading discovery calls and meetings, and delivering tailored proposals. Working closely with Marketing and technical teams, you’ll support campaigns while maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently hitting revenue targets.
The right candidate is a confident communicator with proven success in winning new business, organised, target-focused, and comfortable using CRM systems.
