Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.

The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and driving business development focused on filtration specifically HEPA filter products for a wider group HVAC manufacturer providing products including Air Handling Units (AHUs), grilles, fans, and wider ventilation systems.

Must have knowledge of HEPA filter products and be able to build relationships in end‑user markets including critical environmental pharmaceutical hospital sectors. This is a remote role responsible for developing new business channels throughout the UK.

Role
  • Driving business development focused on filtration specifically HEPA filter products for a wider group HVAC manufacturer
  • Expand market share in the UK with a European focused product manufacturer
  • Develop strategic sales plans for filtration HEPA filter products
  • Work closely with an established HVAC sales team who are part of the wider company group
  • Liaise with various Engineering departments to support technical sales and solutions
  • Remote role with the requirement to travel throughout the UK
Requirements
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Sales Manager selling filtration HEPA filter products specifically
  • Evidence of existing relationships selling into end‑user sectors such as critical environment hospitals pharmaceutical
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop new business and eventually grow a sales team
  • A technical engineering qualification (ONC, HNC, HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar) is advantageous
  • Remote role with the requirement to travel throughout the UK
