You will join the FSi division of Etex and sell Fire Stopping Products. You will be responsible for delivering the company market strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and feeding back market intelligence. You will work closely with our customer services team based in Essex, our national specification manager, and the wider team based across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain current customer base and gain new customers through various communication platforms
  • Conduct regular customer and site visits and offer technical support
  • CPD to architects or main contractors and represent the company on trade shows
  • Deal with a large customer caseload and meet sales targets
  • Update and maintain CRM on a regular basis
  • Serve as a main point of contact for customers, liaising with other departments to offer effective technical and customer service
Qualifications
  • Proven similar experience in a sales focused position within the construction industry
  • The ability to manage a large customer base and prioritise site visits and calls
  • Personable and customer focused
  • Competent in the use of MS Packages and CRM
