Product Manager, Managed Security Services (SASE)

Responsibilities
- Manage the in‑life product lifecycle for BT’s Cisco SDWAN managed services offering.
- Launch Cisco cybersecurity products into BT’s Security portfolio and manage them in‑life.
- Develop and deliver a combined SASE proposition as part of the wider BT Business portfolio.
- Define and execute product roadmaps and pricing strategies.
- Experience creating sales enablement plans and driving adoption to maximise growth.
- Operational & Delivery Insight – knowledge of service delivery processes to ensure quick, cost‑effective implementation and margin optimisation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience launching and managing managed service products end‑to‑end, using agile methodologies – Product Lifecycle Management.
- Strong understanding of SDWAN, SSE, and SASE markets (Cisco experience preferred) – Market & Technical Knowledge.
- Ability to define product vision, develop business cases, pricing strategies, and negotiate vendor contracts – Strategic & Commercial Acumen.
- Skilled at translating customer needs into product decisions and influencing senior stakeholders – Customer & Stakeholder Focus.
- Go‑to‑Market Expertise – collaborating with Cisco and internal teams to bring new features to market quickly.
