Product Manager, Managed Security Services (SASE)

Location: Assembly, Bristol, United Kingdom (also Birmingham, Bristol, London and Manchester)

Closing Date: Sunday 14th December 2025

Work Model: 3 days in office, 2 flexible days per week

Responsibilities
  • Manage the in‑life product lifecycle for BT’s Cisco SDWAN managed services offering.
  • Launch Cisco cybersecurity products into BT’s Security portfolio and manage them in‑life.
  • Develop and deliver a combined SASE proposition as part of the wider BT Business portfolio.
  • Define and execute product roadmaps and pricing strategies.
  • Experience creating sales enablement plans and driving adoption to maximise growth.
  • Operational & Delivery Insight – knowledge of service delivery processes to ensure quick, cost‑effective implementation and margin optimisation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience launching and managing managed service products end‑to‑end, using agile methodologies – Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong understanding of SDWAN, SSE, and SASE markets (Cisco experience preferred) – Market & Technical Knowledge.
  • Ability to define product vision, develop business cases, pricing strategies, and negotiate vendor contracts – Strategic & Commercial Acumen.
  • Skilled at translating customer needs into product decisions and influencing senior stakeholders – Customer & Stakeholder Focus.
  • Go‑to‑Market Expertise – collaborating with Cisco and internal teams to bring new features to market quickly.
