Business Development & Marketing Manager

KTCS Construction (Kabul Technical Construction Services Pvt Ltd) is a well-established name in the UK construction industry. We specialise in painting, decorating, renovation, loft conversions, extensions, and new build projects, delivering excellence across all scales of residential and commercial developments.

We're now looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our client base, securing new projects, and enhancing our brand presence—especially within the corporate, commercial, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of EOIs, bids, and proposals for public and private tenders.

• Identify and pursue upcoming opportunities, particularly within local authorities, housing associations, and corporate sectors.

• Ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant tender submissions.

• Identify and engage with commercial, corporate, and government clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, councils, estate agents, property managers, and consultants.

• Attend meetings, industry expos, and networking events to represent the company.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, print, and event platforms.

• Manage company presence on Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and business directories.

• Create brochures, digital ads, and branded promotional content.

Brand Promotion

• Position KTCS Construction as a leading provider of painting, decorating, renovation, loft conversion, extension, and new build services.

• Drive brand consistency and visibility across all channels.

• Develop engaging storytelling content, highlight project success stories, and showcase our diverse capabilities.

• Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends.

• Monitor tender portals and client needs to identify growth areas.

• Provide strategic insights to support company expansion and diversification.

• Work closely with and report directly to the Company Director.

• Provide regular updates on business development progress, marketing initiatives, and new opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing and project strategies.

• Prepare and submit bids and proposals to new tendering opportunities in close consultation with the Company Director.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in business development, marketing, and tendering within the construction or property sector.

Strong understanding of public and private sector procurement processes in the UK.

Confident communicator and negotiator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.

Skilled in digital marketing, proposal writing, and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
