I am looking for a high-performing, results-driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing professional services firm on a temporary basis, with the potential to move into a permanent role. This is a hands-on, target-focused role for someone who can hit the ground running, leverage their network, and deliver new leads, meetings, and opportunities within the first 4 weeks. The successful candidate will be integral to the business's growth and will work closely with senior leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through your own contacts, networking, and research.
  • Convert leads into meetings and potential contracts within the first month.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategy and action plans.
