Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to promote the Company’s construction, renovation, and installation services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships to expand the Company’s customer base.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the Company’s market presence, including networking, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and analyse industry trends in the construction and home improvement sector.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to align business development strategies with service delivery objectives.
  • Manage client accounts by ensuring strong relationships, high levels of satisfaction, and repeat business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Monitor and analyse business performance metrics, using insights to optimise strategies and support long‑term growth.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business proposals, bids, and tenders to secure new projects and contracts.
