We're recruiting for an national multi-channel print & marketing services business and are seeking an experienced hands on Business Development Manager to support continued growth across both regulated and brand led sectors.
This is a new business focused opportunity for an experienced commercial print sales professional who already has relationships within the industry and wants a platform to convert those into long-term, high-quality client partnerships.
You will be responsible for driving new business across commercial print, digital print, design led solutions and packaging, targeting organisations across London and Greater London. The role is suited to someone who understands how to leverage an existing print network, open doors quickly, and build sustainable revenue rather than transactional wins.
You will be joining an established, secure business with a strong market reputation and a high quality client base. The environment is solutions led and quality driven, with robust production, design, and delivery teams in place, allowing you to focus on selling, relationship development, and account growth rather than operational issues.
This role offers long-term progression within a wider group environment and will appeal to commercially driven individuals who value credibility, support, and the ability to genuinely capitalise on their market contacts.
Develop relationships with decision-makers across marketing, procurement, and operations.
Present tailored print and design solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to scope, price, and deliver solutions.
Proven B2B sales experience within commercial print or print-led services
Strong understanding of litho, digital print, design-to-print workflows, and related services.
Experience selling into regulated or quality-driven environments (e.g. pharma, retail, corporate brands) is advantageous.
A consultative, relationship led sales approach.
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
Comfortable managing longer sales cycles where required.
Industry experience is essential. This role is not suited to sales professionals without print knowledge.
Base salary : £50,000 - £60,000 (++DoE)
Bonus : Performance based annual bonus linked to revenue delivery
