Key Accountabilities
  • Lead new business acquisition initiatives to increase revenue and market share
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of wholesale, retail, and on-trade clients
  • Drive sales performance through strategic prospecting, account development, and contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to optimise customer experience and profitability
  • Represent the company professionally at trade events, industry meetings, and networking forums
Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record in business development, B2C, B2B sales, or commercial account management
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • High level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team objectives
  • Experience within alcohol, FMCG, wholesale, or retail sectors is advantageous
  • Legal right to work in the UK
