Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive

Up to £40,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE.

We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company who offer a wide range of business tech services such as Fire & Security (CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Fire Systems) Telecoms (Telephone Systems, Connectivity & Mobile), Managed Print Services (Photocopiers, Printers, Scanners) and IT (services provision and support).

One of your first ports of call will be for you to sell your own specialist product experience into the existing customer base of customers – for example, if you are coming from a Managed Print / Photocopier sales background you will be aiming to sell this product into the existing base of customers who are already with the company for something else.

Responsibilities
  • Sell specialist products into existing customers and create revenue from additional products and services.
  • Act as a 360° sales professional: identify, pursue, arrange meetings with brand new prospects and close sales opportunities across Central Scotland.
  • Develop and further grow accounts, manage them effectively and create further opportunity from them with the vast range of business services the company provides.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales and new business development experience within one of the specified product areas (Fire & Security, Telecoms, Managed Print, IT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; personable and self‑motivated.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Previous experience selling into existing customer bases is a plus.
