A leading coffee solutions provider is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated salesperson with experience in coffee machines, vending, catering equipment, or similar capital equipment sales.

Role Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new business across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and hospitality venues
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and tailored sales proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Build long-lasting client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events and client meetings
Requirements
  • Proven B2B field sales experience (coffee machines, vending, catering equipment or related industry preferred)
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build your own pipeline
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage territory effectively and work autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence
