Marketing & Business Development Manager - Legal Sector A leading international law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) Manager to support its high-performing Antitrust, Competition & Economic Regulation (ACER) and International Trade & Investment practice groups. Working within a well-established global M&BD team, the successful candidate will lead strategic marketing and business development initiatives across EMEA. This includes driving client development, managing high-impact campaigns, coordinating pitches and pursuits, and enhancing the firm's market profile. The role also involves managing a UK-based assistant and collaborating with regional teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of M&BD activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement business development strategies to grow client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end pitch processes and develop compelling client-facing materials.
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with practice priorities.
  • Oversee directory submissions and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support internal communications and knowledge sharing across global teams.
  • Provide leadership within the wider M&BD function and contribute to global projects.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5+ years' M&BD experience in a legal or professional services environment.
