What you’ll do day to day
  • Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for the local business clients, maximising the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.
  • Prospect and develop business customers in order to achieve maximum business customer retention.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data.
