Candidates should have at least 5 years of technical B2B experience, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. This role offers a basic salary of £45-50k plus commission and a hybrid working model combining office and remote work.

Engage with top pharmaceutical companies & CDMOs
Manage international projects and build relationships with multinational clients.
Developing new business in line with a forward-thinking sales and marketing strategy.
Managing and expanding existing accounts, identifying new applications and opportunities for innovative technology.
Leading and presenting new projects, collaborating with stakeholders across technical, engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and senior management functions.
Maintaining a robust customer pipeline via their CRM, and providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Working closely with technical experts to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Strong cross-cultural communication and customer networking skills.
Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and influential relationship builder.
Resilient, target-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Consultative B2B technical sales experience, with a focus on delivering solutions and building credibility.
Excellent analytical and organisational abilities.
5+ years’ experience in a technical B2B environment within Life Sciences, OEM manufacturing, Pharma Engineering, or general Life Sciences manufacturing
Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
CRM experience; knowledge of bio-decontamination is an advantage.
