Compensation:

Base salary ranges from £30,000 to £33,000, plus a car allowance of circa £5,000, benefits, and bonuses. The uncapped company bonus scheme could allow earnings of approximately £20,000 annually, making total annual earnings between £50,000 and £60,000. There are excellent development opportunities over the next 1-2 years for the right candidate.
