A leading recruiting firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the New Market Entry strategy within critical sectors like Aerospace. Candidates should have a proven sales track record, particularly within the Aerospace Tier 1 and OEM markets, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The role offers a competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000, alongside bonuses and executive benefits. This position is based in the UK with flexible location options.
This is more than just a selling role; you will work with the board and then deliver, implement and drive the company's New Market Entry strategy. This is a very important position; success will give you promotion to Director for a global leader within a massive multi-billion group.
