Business Development Manager Truck Parts – Dunstable & Surrounding Area | £31,000–£35,000 + £5,000 Bonus + Up to £2,500 per New Customer Onboarded + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing new business opportunities within your territory, building strong relationships with independent workshops, fleets, and trade customers. Your focus will be on growing parts sales, visiting customers, identifying their needs, providing competitive quotes, and ensuring they receive the right parts and service for their vehicles.

  • Visiting existing and prospective customers to promote truck parts and related products
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with workshop managers, buyers, and fleet operators
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and onboarding new customers
  • Working closely with the parts and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Managing your own diary and territory effectively to achieve sales targets
  • Reporting activity and results to management on a regular basis

  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent relationship builder with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
