Business Development Manager

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a BDM on behalf of our client based in the midlands.

Main duties
  • Lead day-to-day business development operations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering technical support and innovative solutions
  • Drive marketing initiatives and raise the company’s profile within the group and the wider market
  • Manage sales processes including ECI, tendering, and post-bid negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial success and operational alignment
  • Identify market trends and contribute to strategic business planning
