Business Development Manager
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a BDM on behalf of our client based in the midlands.

Main duties
- Lead day-to-day business development operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering technical support and innovative solutions
- Drive marketing initiatives and raise the company’s profile within the group and the wider market
- Manage sales processes including ECI, tendering, and post-bid negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial success and operational alignment
- Identify market trends and contribute to strategic business planning
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development within the construction sector
- Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with clients and engineers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and business units
