This role at Murray Uniforms is an exciting opportunity for an energetic team player looking to progress and build a career at a high-value, complex B2B contract business - supporting the Sales team with qualified leads. Murray Uniforms partners with large organisations such as Jaguar Land Rover, B&Q, BMW and Dunelm to design uniforms that enable their teams to feel good and perform better at work. We know that employees who feel comfortable and confident are happier and more productive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating IEMs (Initial Exploratory Meetings) for the sales team. This role is the perfect stepping stone for an energetic person looking to take on the challenge of sales at senior levels.
Responsibilities
- Nurturing Leads: Youll work with Marketing and Sales to generate and nurture leads at key prospect accounts to produce initial sales calls. The successful candidate wont be afraid to pick up the phone or use creative methods to speak to senior stakeholders.
- Event Attendance: Youll be responsible for ensuring all leads are followed up post event. Frequency of event attendance will depend on the candidate's skills and competency.
- Database management: Youll be responsible for ensuring the CRM is up to date and kept clean to ensure easy and timely reporting for the Sales & Marketing team.
- Strategic Support: Youll have influence over our lead generation strategy, including planning campaigns, market research, messaging and identifying further potential business opportunities.

Targets
- Activity-based targets (Calls/Emails/Other Activity) Measured via the CRM to review output.
- Initial Exploratory Meetings Measured via number of meetings generated.
- Marketing Qualified Leads Measured in accordance with the MQL criteria, number of people interested in our product or service.
- Support Murrays expansion into new markets with research and outreach.
